HISTORY:
BST Escrow was originally established in 1983 and transformed into BST Marina Escrow in 2006. We are a “True Independent” Escrow Company with NO ties to any Real Estate Brokerages, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, or Title Companies. BST Marina Escrow is independently owned and operated by Lisa M. Lewis.
BST Marina Escrow is Licensed by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation under License No. 963-2382 and Bonded by the Escrow Agents’ Fidelity Corporation.

Lisa M. Lewis has been an Escrow Professional for 25+ years. She has successfully closed thousands of escrows and is well respected in the real estate community. Lisa believes in providing exceptional service with accuracy and integrity. With many years of experience, Lisa is highly knowledgeable, solution and detail oriented, proactive, a team player, and has great communication skills. She prides herself on exceeding her clients’ expectations and ensuring every escrow is smooth and effortless. Lisa and her team at BST Marina Escrow are a cohesive group with a combined experience of 60+ years in escrow.
